1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://3bdogtrainingexperts.com (the "Site") and your engagement with the dog training services provided by 3B Training & Behavior, LLC ("3B Training," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 327 SE 3rd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33483.

By accessing the Site, contacting us, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing any service, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage our services.

2. Services Offered

3B Training & Behavior, LLC provides in-person dog training services in the Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and surrounding South Florida area. Our current service offerings include:

• Behavior Modification: Targeted support for leash reactivity, separation anxiety, resource guarding, hyperactivity, nipping, biting, and multi-dog household challenges
• Obedience Skills: Practical training in recall, sit, down, stay, wait, heel, place, socialization, and common household behavior concerns
• Boot Camp: Accelerated training delivered through a day program with home visits or an overnight program conducted in the dog's familiar environment
• AKC Canine Good Citizen Preparation: Structured preparation for the AKC CGC ten-skill evaluation

Services are provided at locations agreed upon between the Client and 3B Training & Behavior, LLC.

3. Consultations

An initial consultation fee of $150 applies to all new Clients. This fee is credited toward the cost of any training package selected following the consultation. The consultation is used to assess the dog's behavior, history, and temperament, discuss training goals, evaluate the household and environment, and determine the most appropriate service option.

The consultation fee is non-refundable if the Client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or fails to appear.

4. Payments and Fees

• All fees are disclosed prior to or at the time of service agreement
• Payment is due as specified in your individual service agreement
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly
• All fees are in U.S. dollars
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be charged a session fee at our discretion. Repeated cancellations may result in termination of the service agreement without refund for remaining sessions.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for unused training sessions may be issued at the sole discretion of 3B Training & Behavior, LLC. We do not guarantee refunds for sessions partially completed or for packages where training has already begun. If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your dog's history, health, temperament, and behavior
• Disclose any known aggression history, bite history, or medical conditions that may affect training
• Ensure your dog is current on required vaccinations and in reasonably good health prior to sessions
• Supervise and take responsibility for your dog's behavior during and between sessions
• Follow through with the training techniques and guidance provided by your trainer between sessions
• Ensure the training environment is reasonably safe and accessible

Failure to disclose a dog's bite history or aggression history that results in injury may affect your rights under these Terms and may result in termination of services.

8. Assumption of Risk

Dog training involves inherent physical risks to both humans and animals. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Working with dogs, including your own, carries the risk of bites, scratches, falls, or other injuries
• 3B Training & Behavior, LLC cannot guarantee specific behavioral outcomes
• The success of training depends significantly on consistent follow-through by the owner between sessions
• Results vary depending on the dog's age, history, temperament, and the Client's commitment to practicing techniques

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in dog training services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3B Training & Behavior, LLC, its owner, trainers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or Site, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or failure to achieve training results. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service at issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3B Training & Behavior, LLC and its owner, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your dog's behavior or actions, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. SMS Communications Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive service-related SMS messages including appointment reminders and scheduling communications. Consent to SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, videos, and training materials, is the property of 3B Training & Behavior, LLC or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all information provided on it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including Google Maps. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over third-party content and are not responsible for their accuracy, terms, or privacy practices.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3B Training & Behavior, LLC regarding your use of the Site and our services, and supersede all prior communications or agreements on the same subject.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
